Race matters: Towards an anti-racist praxis in higher education
The Lincoln Higher Education Research Institute (LHERI) invites submissions on anti-racist praxis in higher education for a special edition of the university’s IMPact journal. Submissions from both academic and professional service colleagues are welcomed. High quality submissions from undergraduate and postgraduate students are also encouraged.
Potential contributors are advised to submit an expression of interest in the form of a 150-250 word abstract prior to beginning preparation of their work. Expressions of interest should be submitted by Friday 20th November 2020.
Once considered, final submissions may take any of the following forms:
- Formal research papers (maximum of 5,000 words, including abstract of 250 words)
- Scholarly research notices (maximum of 2,500 words)
- Book reviews of scholarly works related to the theme (maximum 750 words)
- Other forms of related output (please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss prior to preparation).

The deadline for the submission of final articles for review is 5pm Friday 5th February 2021.
Submissions will be peer reviewed in the normal manner by members of the panel commissioning the edition. Acceptance is dependent upon the approval of the panel.
